Weekly face-to-face sessions in Oxford and Faringdon (Oxfordshire).

I welcome people of all gender identities, sexual practices and orientations, and relationship structures, and I am kink-knowledgeable. 

I work gently and compassionately with a wide range of issues, including trauma, abuse, relationship issues, anxiety, self-harm, dissociation, difficulty relating to others, and struggling to find meaning in life. Therapy can also provide a wonderful opportunity to understand ourselves better and explore our gender, sexuality and relationships, resulting in a better quality life and more satisfying relationships and sexual experiences of all kinds.

I work with my clients to build trust and create a space which feels safe enough to explore whatever you think is important. It is always up to you to set the agenda.

My practice is psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and influenced by critical queer and race theory, and feminism. This means that I believe in the value of paying attention to what might be going on ‘under the surface’ in ourselves, in our relationships, and in social groups, as well as to our conscious thought processes and choices.

I work hard to practise in an anti-oppressive way, which means I actively explore my power and privilege, and what that brings to bear on my actions and words, both in and outside the consulting room.

I am accredited by the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society.
